2026 All Hands Whatcom Summit
"All Hands, All In"
Join us on October 21st and 22nd at Silver Reef for All Hands, All In, where we'll look honestly at the moment our community is in — real and rising need, and systems that were already stretched thin before this year's Medicaid and Medicare cuts landed on top of them. Change begins when our community comes together and builds a path forward rooted in justice, compassion, and healing.
The question this year is a simple one: how do we come together locally and build what we need now, instead of waiting for it to arrive from somewhere else? None of us can hold that alone. But a whole community, each of us holding our own piece, can make something strong enough to catch people before they fall all the way through.
Day One (October 21) is the big-tent day. All of us in one room, hearing local truths and local data about where we are, and what's already changed because this community decided to act. It's for anyone who cares about the health and wellbeing of Whatcom County — no expertise required.
Day Two (October 22) is for those wanting to move from awareness to shared action, to achieve big goals together. A smaller working group, focused on connection and accountability, where we'll build the tool itself together in the room — a local, easy way to put care and resource navigation at people's fingertips, loaded with real Whatcom resources by the organizations that hold them.
